X-ray Absorption Spectroscopy

Sammanfattning

X-ray absorption spectroscopy has been one of the most used tools to study structures and structural changes in chemistry, especially since synchrotron light facilities became available almost 50 years ago. This chapter will give a theoretical background to X-ray absorption spectroscopy, and methods and applications in inorganic and metalorganic chemistry.
